
2 c. plain non-fat yogurt
1 medium ripe banana, peeled and sliced
1/2 c. splenda (sweetener or sugar)
3 T. lemon juice
2 c. frozen, unsweetened whole strawberries
1 c. frozen raspberries
Combine yogurt, banana, splenda and lemon juice in blender. Blend and then add frozen berries. Blend until smooth. Make 4 servings.
