Christmas Cookie Edition: Potato Chip Cookies

1 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 t. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/2 c. crushed chips
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. powdered sugar

Mix all together. Roll into balls. Bake 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle with powdered sugar while hot. You can’t beat sweet and salty together in one place like this! And you can’t just eat one.  Great for giving a platter to teachers–attach the Christmas cookie recipe as a tag.
